The way we process mortgage applications will change with immediate effect to protect you as our valued client and to protect everyone who works within Clockwork Mortgages
Our preferred way of doing business has always been face to face, but with limits being made to all movement and social interaction we will process your mortgage in the following way
- All mortgage and insurance meetings will be carried out on the telephone where you will speak to a qualified mortgage adviser at a pre-arranged time (this remains flexible with late night appointments available)
- Documentation that we require for your mortgage or insurance transaction can be sent to us by e-mail.
- For documentation that we require original documents for we will arrange to pick up from your home. We will pre-arrange this pick up so we can still maintain social distance if required. Once we have copied this information we will return it to your home.
- Your mortgage or insurance application will then follow our normal procedure
We are very much open for business so if you are a First Time Buyer, Home Mover or your existing mortgage deal is coming to an end we look forward to hearing from you.
